Welcome! I am a NYS Registered Professional Nurse with a career spanning over three decades. My clinical roots are deeply planted in the Emergency Room and Ambulatory Surgery settings, where I spent years as a staff nurse in major NYS medical centers.
Since 2013, I transitioned into nursing management, where I now focus on empowering clinical teams, improving patient outcomes, and driving healthcare excellence. Healthcare is truly a family affair for us—my wife is an RN, my son is currently in nursing school, and our two beautiful “dog daughters” keep us grounded at home. Holding a Master’s in Nurse Executive, I am passionate about bridging the gap between compassionate bedside care and strategic healthcare leadership.
